An opportunity to learn

During its research activities, GREEN had the opportunity to exchange ideas with Associate Professor Dr. Chiu-Lung Chu, an environmental specialist whose research covers solid waste management, air pollution control, water quality management and environmental policy.

These professional exchanges provided valuable insights into how successful environmental systems are built—not only through infrastructure, but through governance, institutional coordination and continuous improvement.

GREEN’s approach

Through years of practical engagement, environmental education and continuous research, GREEN has gradually developed GEOS (GREEN Enterprise Operating System).

GEOS is conceived as a data-driven environmental governance framework that supports information integration, operational coordination and evidence-based environmental management.

Its objective is not to replace existing management systems, but to strengthen cooperation among stakeholders and support more transparent, efficient and adaptive environmental governance.
